The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 2 floors. The kitchen is open plan to the lounge with a dining area seating up to 8. French doors lead to the outside terrace with a dining table seating up to 8, the pool (10 x 4m and 1.5m deep) with 6 sun loungers, an electric BBQ and the garden.
On the ground floor is a kingsize bedroom with an ensuite shower room and WC. On the mezzanine level are 2 more kingsize bedrooms, each with their own shower room and WC. Bedroom 3 is accessed via bedroom 2 or from the outside (ideal for a nanny). On the first floor is the kids’ bedroom with 2 twin / single beds with an additional WC on the landing.
The private terrace has a beautiful view over Bonnieux, one of the most picturesque old towns in the Luberon area of the Provence. It's a quiet destination frequented by families with 2nd residences.
It’s close to the must-see towns Gordes, Rousillon, Avignon and also the Grand and Petit Luberon. The house is located 45 minutes from the TGV rail station in Avignon and just over 1 hour from Marseille airport. Car hire is recommended to explore the area and private parking for up to 2 cars is provided.
2 connected master bedrooms and a bedroom with separate entrance for a nanny make it ideal for a family. They are equipped with 3 king size beds & a 2x90cm twin bed.
Each bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Each master bedroom has a connected bathroom. Hairdryers and (pool) towels are available.
The villa offers a (heated) pool of 10mx4m and 1.5m deep. Open from May-September. There are 6 sun loungers and 2 dining tables that seat 8 people.
The house sleeps 4-6 adults and +2 kids. Kids’ toys, high chairs and a travel crib are available. The garden is fenced and the property has private parking for 2 cars.
A living room with open kitchen that gives direct access to the terrace. The sun is present at different areas throughout the day and there are multiple cozy corners.
