What's included
All basic utilities for the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are included:
- Regarding the whole property: Wifi Access, Air Conditioning, Flat screen TV, private parking
- Kitchen: Fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, toaster,
- Garden & pool: Heated pool, enclosed garden, all shown furniture, pool towels, electric barbecue, parasol
- Bathroom: Hair dryer, towels, washing machine, tumble dryer
- Bedrooms: Bed linen, baby bed & baby equipment
- Pets are accepted on request
Additional Costs
- Heating pool with an extra charge of 100 €/week during mid-season
- A supplement of € 80 will be requested for an intermediate cleaning for any rental longer than 2 weeks
- Any change of sheets and towels: on request at an additional cost (€ 80)
- The tourist tax is calculated per adult per night according to the rental price
